Ocean Inbound Analyst – Logistics

About the role

The Ocean Inbound Analyst will manage ocean inbound and drayage operations, ensuring shipments arrive on time and meet contractual commitments. This role works closely with internal teams, factories, warehouses, ports and carriers to keep the supply chain flowing smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ocean inbound and drayage operations, tracking daily shipments.
• Follow up on pending shipments and ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Verify freight invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor carrier performance and coordinate with drayage providers.
• Communicate with internal customers, factories, warehouses, ports and carriers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize logistics and supply‑chain processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of logistics experience, preferably with international suppliers and carriers.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Highly detail‑oriented, responsible and organized.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and Lookup functions).
• Experience with SAP ERP or other logistics software (preferred).
