About the role

We are seeking a Production Laborer to join a growing stone‑processing plant in Kalispell, Montana. This full‑time, entry‑level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, value long‑term stability, and want to grow within a company that rewards dedication.

Key responsibilities

• Sort stone pieces from a conveyor belt into designated containers on the dry side of the plant.
• Place small, flat stones onto pallets efficiently on the wet side of the plant.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate footwear (steel‑toe boots for dry work, water‑proof boots for wet work).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support production needs as part of a collaborative team.

Required profile

• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lb and occasionally lift up to 50 lb.
• Comfort standing for long periods in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work in variable temperatures (the warehouse is uninsulated and unheated).
• Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
