ObGyn Physician – Full-time Position in Florida

About the role

AdventHealth Ocala is seeking a board‑certified/board‑eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join a busy, 385‑bed non‑profit hospital in central Florida. The new OB/GYN will be active from day one, delivering comprehensive women’s health care and participating in a thriving surgical program.

Key responsibilities

• Perform obstetric deliveries (2,400+ annually) and manage a Level II NICU.
• Conduct minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopy for endometriosis, ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancy, endometrial ablation, and fibroid removal.
• Collaborate with midwives, maternal‑fetal medicine specialists, and OB hospitalists.
• Provide 24‑hour laborist coverage and on‑call support.
• Utilize the newly opened outpatient office and available robotic platform as needed.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Desire to practice both obstetrics and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, whole‑person care environment.
