About the role

The Nurse Residency Program is an exclusive, paid opportunity for recent nursing graduates who have passed the NCLEX and hold a U.S. nursing license. Participants receive six weeks of training followed by flexible scheduling to provide home health care.

Key responsibilities

Provide one‑on‑one nursing care to home health patients.
Document patient care using electronic charting for all shifts.

Required profile

Current valid nursing license in the United States.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program and passed NCLEX.
CPR certification in good standing.

Required skills

CPR certification.
Proficiency with electronic charting systems.

What we offer

Hourly pay ranging from $28 to $31 depending on shift.
Flexible scheduling after the 6‑week training program.
$1,500 nursing referral bonus.
