Nurse Project Manager – Maternal & Infant Health Curriculum

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences seeks a Nurse Project Manager to lead statewide quality improvement and workforce development programs focused on maternal and infant health. This role involves designing and delivering curriculum for a range of health professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum on maternal and infant health, including instructional materials, assessments, and learning objectives.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, subject matter experts, and credentialing bodies to ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based education.
• Manage work plans, timelines, partnerships, and reporting for education deliverables.
• Secure approvals, establish external training partnerships, and serve as an expert trainer.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and a current active RN license.
• At least four years of project leadership or management experience.
• Familiarity with continuing education accreditation processes (CME, CNE, EMS CE).

• Graphic design capabilities for instructional materials.
• Excellent attention to detail.
