Nurse Practitioner – Wound Care

About the role

Dr. MobiCare is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner with a focus on wound care to join its growing clinical team. The role combines patient‑centered care with innovative mobile health solutions, supporting healing and overall wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical exams and wound assessments for acute and chronic patients.
• Evaluate wound‑related conditions and comorbidities to guide optimal healing.
• Conduct wound debridement and dressing changes following best practices.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the Medical Director and care team.
• Document patient encounters, procedures, and communications in the EMR within 24 hours.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care, prevention, and chronic condition management.
• Communicate with primary care providers, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in clinical meetings, training, and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state(s).
• Clinical experience in wound care or a related specialty preferred; training will be provided if needed.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
