About the role

Join urrly as a Nurse Practitioner providing in‑home health assessments across Portland, Oregon. Earn $140 for each completed visit, set your own schedule, and receive a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Key responsibilities

Review medical history and risk factors.
Collect vitals, labs, and screening data.
Document findings in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Educate members on next steps and coordinate follow‑up if red flags appear.
Travel across Portland to conduct assessments.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting.

Required profile

Active Nurse Practitioner license.
Master’s degree in Nursing or higher.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Ability to work independently in the field.
