Nurse Manager – Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead its Habilitation (I/DD) services in Philadelphia. The Nurse Manager will guide clinical staff, ensure high‑quality, person‑centered care, and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the service area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to deliver exceptional, person‑centered care.
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to field staff.
• Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive outcomes.
• Facilitate new‑hire orientation, onboarding, and competency evaluations for clinical staff.
• Monitor quality of care, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and serve as a clinical resource.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience, with prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• At least 1 year of home‑care experience preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area.

What we offer

• Base salary $85,000‑$90,000 annually, paid weekly.
• Monday‑Friday schedule.
