Nurse Advisor (RN) – Western Time Zones Coverage

About the role

As a Nurse Advisor on Private Health Management’s Health Advisory team, you will guide clients through the healthcare system, providing education, advocacy, and care coordination across western time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and act as their guide throughout the care journey.
• Conduct clinical intakes via email or phone to assess needs and determine next steps.
• Coordinate appointments, recommend providers, and assist with medical record review.
• Collaborate with client services coordinators, medical records, and network teams to manage cases holistically.
• Support the triage team handling inbound client inquiries.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, caregivers, providers, and internal partners.
• Ensure smooth transitions and consistent communication across clinical and operational teams.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of residence.
• Minimum five years of experience in healthcare, preferably in case management, care coordination, or patient navigation.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm Pacific or Mountain Time.
• Proven experience working remotely.
• Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
