We partner with internal customers, sales, supply‑chain and IT teams to design and improve the processes for ordering, planning and delivering spare parts.
Key responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for tools and processes that support the spare parts business, balancing customer value, business impact and effort.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment (sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives).
- Meet with business users, customers and cross‑functional partners to understand their needs and translate them into product features and requirements.
- Map current business processes, identify pain points and inefficiencies, and recommend and implement improvements.
- Test and validate new features before release, and support user training, communication and adoption.
- Track progress and results, and share regular updates with stakeholders and leadership.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (GPA 3.0+ preferred).

- Willingness to collaborate effectively in a team environment and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Professional and respectful communication with colleagues and customers.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Process‑mapping and documentation tools such as Visio, flowcharts, Lean or Six Sigma concepts (a plus).
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or data‑analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) (a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

- Supportive work culture with comprehensive benefits, learning opportunities and potential bonus/stock awards.
