Non-Technical Project Management/Change Management Specialist

About the role

The Change Management Specialist will support global Field Service initiatives by driving adoption, readiness, and sustained change. Partnering with program teams, field leadership, and stakeholders, the role applies Prosci‑based change management practices to enable people‑side adoption and achieve business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Embed within programs to plan and execute change activities using the Prosci 3‑Phase Methodology, including stakeholder, impact, and risk assessments.
• Develop and deliver integrated change plans covering communications, training, readiness, and reinforcement aligned with program milestones.
• Coach executive sponsors and people managers, providing tools and messages to support their teams before, during, and after go‑live.
• Design clear, audience‑appropriate communications and coordinate training to ensure field readiness prior to deployment.
• Define and track adoption and readiness indicators, assess effectiveness of interventions, and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years delivering change management for complex, cross‑functional initiatives, preferably in operational or field‑facing environments.
• Prosci certification and demonstrated experience applying the ADKAR model.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear messaging.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate across global, matrixed organizations.
