Night Shift Warehouse Picker

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual for a temporary night‑shift position that can convert to a full‑time, long‑term role. As a Warehouse Picker you will use an electric pallet jack or fork truck together with a voice‑pick system to build and load pallets of Anheuser‑Busch brands for retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Build stable pallets using voice‑pick headsets and position them at loading docks.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to improve efficiency and track key performance indicators.
• Ensure products meet Anheuser‑Busch quality standards and wrap orders before loading.
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse.
• Maintain equipment, report malfunctions, and perform basic forklift operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift, load and move products up to 165 lb and work in temperatures from 36 °F to outside conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible night hours, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification (preferred) and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
