About the role

Join the vibrant Night Shift Lovejoy Wharf team as a Night Shift Dishwasher. You will keep the kitchen and bar areas spotless, ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and safe environment while we serve great beer and food.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Maintain an organized and clean dishwashing area throughout the shift.
• Operate dishwashing machines safely and report any issues.
• Restock clean dishes and glassware for front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
• Assist with basic kitchen organization, trash removal, and daily cleaning routines.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Complete assigned opening or closing tasks.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform demanding tasks.
• Reliability, punctuality, and consistent adherence to instructions.
• Good teamwork and clear communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation or willingness to learn.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
