Night Shift Conveyor Technician

About the role

Breakthru Beverage is seeking an experienced Conveyor Technician to work the night shift on a Monday‑Thursday schedule. The role focuses on advanced mechanical and electrical maintenance of conveyor and material‑handling systems, ensuring high equipment reliability and minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advanced diagnostics and repair of mechanical and electrical failures on conveyor systems.
• Perform complex corrective maintenance, including full asset rebuilds and system restoration.
• Replace and repair components within defined safety standards.
• Execute, validate, and close CMMS work orders with accurate documentation.
• Support preventative maintenance activities and analyze recurring issues to recommend sustainable solutions.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Provide informal technical mentorship to junior maintenance staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; 8+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise with CMMS systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 75 lb, work at heights, in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to Breakthru Beverage safety policies and required PPE.

What we offer

• Guaranteed 40 hours weekly, Monday‑Thursday 5 pm – finish.
• Starting hourly rate of $33.54.
