Night Replenishment Manager

About the role

The Night Replenishment Manager is a member of the store leadership team responsible for overseeing all freight‑handling activities during the night shift. The role ensures that unload, pack‑out and pack‑down processes run smoothly, that the store is ready for opening, and that associates work safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Consistent Unload, Directed Pack‑out, and Purge Pack‑down processes.
• Conduct quality walks to verify correct execution of pack‑out tasks and merchandising standards.
• Coach and recognize associates, manage performance conversations and discipline in partnership with Night Operations ASMs.
• Approve and address missed punches, schedule changes and call‑outs, communicating follow‑up actions.
• Ensure all trucks and trailers are received, unloaded, and freight is packed out or stored promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure the store is “Grand Opening” ready each morning.
• Participate in associate interview, hiring and talent‑planning processes.
• Communicate priorities and tasks to the night team and ensure adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Experience in retail logistics, warehouse operations or a similar fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on safety.
• Ability to make independent business and associate decisions during night hours.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with store leadership.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and handle dynamic store needs.
