Night Auditor – Hotel Front Desk

About the role

Staypineapple is seeking a Night Auditor to uphold its high standards of guest service during overnight hours. This role blends front‑desk responsibilities with audit duties, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for guests while the hotel is closed to the public.

Key responsibilities

• Perform front‑desk operations including check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments, late check‑outs, and guest requests.
• Provide welcome beverages and barista services as needed.
• Process group pre‑registrations, block reservations, and pre‑register VIP guests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of current rates, promotions, and room availability.
• Handle cash drawer, deposits, credit‑card reconciliations, and submit nightly batches.

Required profile

• Associate degree or equivalent, or 6‑12 months related experience.
• Valid food‑handler and alcohol‑service cards (or ability to obtain after hire).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a polite, positive attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and resolve problems effectively.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
