About the role

Join Aimbridge Hospitality as a Night Auditor at the Courtyard Chicago Midway Airport. You’ll be the behind‑the‑scenes professional ensuring smooth operations overnight while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests during the 11 PM – 7 AM shift, handling reservations and late‑night inquiries.
• Perform the Night Audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and generate daily financial reports.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Prepare the Daily Flash Report and other operational summaries for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service throughout the night.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to resolve issues independently.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related hospitality role.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable night owl with strong customer service skills.
• Supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft Word (or the broader Microsoft Office suite).
