About the role

The NextGen Worship Associate leads worship and technical teams for Pinelake’s Reservoir Campus Student Ministries, overseeing Pre‑teen, Middle School and High School worship programs.

Key responsibilities

Plan, oversee and evaluate worship ministries for Pre‑teen, Middle School and High School groups.
Recruit, train and supervise servant leaders for vocal, instrumental and technical teams.
Coordinate with Student Ministry staff to ensure consistent worship programming and align with overall campus goals.
Manage the worship ministry budget and handle related administrative tasks.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree with 2‑4 years of related experience leading worship.
Demonstrated spiritual maturity, commitment to discipleship and ability to model a Jesus‑centered life.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with diverse students and staff.

Required skills

Proficiency leading worship on a primary instrument.
Competence with PC systems, word processing and spreadsheet software.
Basic bookkeeping, budgeting and expense monitoring abilities.
