New Product Transition Project/Program Manager (Senior)

About the role

As the New Product Transition Project/Program Manager you will own end‑to‑end product launch initiatives within manufacturing, driving new semiconductor products from early builds to full‑scale production.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new product transitions within scope, budget and schedule as defined by the Business Unit.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including NPI/NPT engineers, materials PMs, DFX, manufacturing, supplier engineering and the BU.
• Oversee pilot builds, meet milestones and capture learning for volume manufacturing.
• Resolve operational challenges between NPI teams and volume production.
• Partner with product management and engineering to improve design manufacturability.
• Analyze product readiness, mitigate risks and ensure smooth production ramp.
• Present strategic updates to senior leadership and manage project schedules, resources and budgets.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives to enhance cross‑team collaboration.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with proven ability to influence engineering, operations and executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading technical programs in matrixed environments with measurable business impact.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, product lifecycle and change management.
• Analytical mindset with proactive risk and issue management.
