New Product Execution Manager

About the role

The New Product Execution Manager will act as a key individual contributor, bridging business analysis, product discovery and execution. Working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams, you will translate business goals, customer needs and compliance requirements into clear, actionable requirements that drive the design, development and launch of data‑centric product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with business partners and technical teams to define, validate, document and execute new product delivery.
• Manage large‑scale initiatives that span multiple cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment and timely progress.
• Support the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through development, quality assurance, testing and go‑to‑market readiness.
• Coordinate training and launch activities, acting as a liaison between product, compliance, analytics and client‑engagement groups.
• Maintain governance and documentation standards for major product enhancements and new releases.

• Comfortable operating in a highly governed, data‑centric environment.
• Demonstrates technical fluency and a willingness to challenge existing processes.
