About the role
The Nurse Residency Program at BAYADA offers recent nursing graduates a paid, accredited pathway into home health care. After a six‑week training period, you will provide one‑on‑one nursing care to clients in the Philadelphia area.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients of all ages and acuity levels in their homes.
- Utilize electronic charting for all shifts and maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in weekly paid training sessions and simulation labs.
Required profile
- Current, valid U.S. nursing license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Passed NCLEX and CPR certification in good standing.
Required skills
- Electronic charting proficiency.
- CPR certification.

- Hourly pay ranging from $28 to $31 depending on shift type.
