Network Planner II – Supply Chain

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Network Planner II to manage and optimize the supply chain network for its medical technology products. The role focuses on ensuring effective product flow, inventory positioning, and service levels across assigned product families.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels across the network to meet service targets and prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Identify and mitigate risks such as demand variability, supply constraints, or logistics challenges.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to align network planning activities.
• Own and execute core planning processes, including inventory balancing, backorder management, and rebalancing strategies.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support planning decisions and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience working in a cross‑functional, dynamic environment.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to drive network improvements.
• Experience with supply chain planning tools such as Kinaxis, Oracle, or SAP.
• Comfortable handling moderate complexity and making data‑driven decisions.
