Network Messaging Administrator (Microsoft 365 & Azure)

About the role

The Network Messaging Administrator ensures the reliable operation of enterprise messaging, endpoint management, cloud, and server infrastructure. This position supports Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Intune, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies while partnering with the Information Systems team and end users.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Exchange Online mailboxes, shared resources, and email flow configurations.
• Troubleshoot mail delivery issues and enforce transport, anti‑spam, and compliance policies.
• Configure and manage Intune MDM/MAM solutions across Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Administer Azure AD users, groups, roles, and access controls; support Azure security and synchronization.
• Maintain Windows Server services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Manage virtualization platforms, virtual machines, and infrastructure performance.
• Perform operational monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Document procedures, support end users, and stay current on Microsoft best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supporting Microsoft 365 and/or Azure environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting experience for automation and reporting.
• Proven ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑service orientation.
