About the role

The Infosys Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) unit is seeking a Network Administrator to support client infrastructure across multiple US locations. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable network solutions while ensuring security and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, conduct root‑cause analyses, and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare assessment reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design cost‑effective, scalable network solutions and develop technical documentation for deployments.
• Coordinate release schedules, execute deployments, perform post‑deployment testing, and manage version control.
• Schedule maintenance, emergency fixes, and technology upgrades to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Analyze performance data, support capacity planning, and optimize system behavior.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills, compliance audits, and implement continuity plans.
• Identify automation opportunities, analyze existing processes, and propose efficiency enhancements.
