NetSuite Systems Administrator

About the role

Enovis is seeking a NetSuite Systems Administrator to join its IT team in Houston. The role supports the NetSuite environment, ensures data quality, and provides technical assistance to end users, helping the company deliver better patient outcomes through reliable technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support to NetSuite users, following ITIL‑based processes.
• Manage, configure, and support core NetSuite ERP modules, including Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Reporting.
• Generate and maintain inventory and financial reports to aid business decision‑making.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions for users, creating clear documentation, quick guides, FAQs, and training materials.
• Monitor recurring issues, propose proactive solutions, and ensure high data quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
• Experience delivering user training and technical support in a corporate environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
