National Trainer – Technical Training for Commercial Laundry Solutions

About the role

The National Trainer will design, develop, deliver and evaluate high‑quality training programs for commercial laundry equipment across the United States and Canada. This position partners with regional leaders to align training initiatives with business goals, ensuring technical expertise, safety compliance and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on training for installation, commissioning and repair of commercial laundry appliances and associated payment systems.
• Provide technical, safety, procedural and customer‑service training to employees and fellow trainers.
• Lead new product introduction (NPI) sessions and train‑the‑trainer courses for branch‑level representatives.
• Cross‑train other trainers to standardize teaching quality and incorporate customer‑experience content into all technical programs.
• Design and adapt training solutions to regional needs using in‑person, virtual and webinar formats.
• Assess organizational training needs, evaluate performance metrics and develop targeted interventions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently with subject‑matter expertise.
• Strong decision‑making skills and experience managing training initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Excellent collaboration with business leaders to align training with strategic objectives.
