National Sales Training Manager

About the role

Sigvaris is seeking a National Sales Training Manager to design and deliver training solutions for its U.S. sales organization. This remote position supports multiple customer channels and requires frequent domestic travel.

Key responsibilities

• Create, develop, and implement training modules for field sales, including new‑hire and product training.
• Design an annual sales training plan using the SMART framework.
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, national accounts, and customer service to incorporate market insights and product launches into training content.
• Produce interactive training for national and regional key accounts and support brand awareness initiatives.
• Identify training gaps with sales leadership and deliver product demonstrations to influence purchasing decisions.
• Plan, develop, and execute content for national and regional sales meetings and trade shows.
• Lead virtual and instructor‑led training sessions across multiple digital platforms, including video editing and live streaming.

Required profile

• Based in the Eastern or Central U.S. region near a major airport.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% domestically.
• Strong communication skills with all organizational levels.
• Ability to follow company policies, ISO standards, and quality system requirements.
