About the role
The National Account Manager (NAM) will lead Red Bull’s strategy and initiatives with a defined group of national accounts. Acting as the primary owner of business activities and targets, the NAM will coordinate across sales, distribution, marketing, finance, operations, and legal teams to meet customer objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term business plans aligned with Red Bull North America goals.
- Own budgets and results for distribution, pricing, promotion, and presence at national and regional levels.
- Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with assigned customers and conduct regular business reviews.
- Coordinate internal Red Bull resources across functional areas to achieve agreed objectives.
- Implement Red Bull standards for shelf placement, pricing, promotional calendars, and point‑of‑sale displays.
- Prepare annual customer marketing agreements and manage associated budget planning.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing national or key accounts in a consumer‑goods environment.
- Strong ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and align internal teams with customer goals.
- Excellent analytical skills to monitor market trends and provide insights.
- Effective communication and relationship‑building skills with senior executives.
