National Account Manager – Flooring (Home Depot)

About the role

AHF Products is seeking a results‑driven National Account Manager to own and grow the flooring product portfolio at The Home Depot. You will lead the business plan, execute annual programs, and act as the primary liaison between AHF and Home Depot.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, own, and lead the business plan for AHF flooring categories at Home Depot.
• Execute annual programs for both AHF core brands and private‑label brands.
• Monitor account performance, identify opportunities and challenges, and create action plans.
• Manage gross‑to‑net components (returns, claims, rebates) in collaboration with finance, customer service, and A/R.
• Lead problem‑solving initiatives and communicate win‑win solutions.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations to meet performance objectives.
• Achieve KPI targets for profitable sales volume and strategic goals.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and convey the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of strategic sales experience managing major retail accounts in the building products industry.
• Flooring background preferred.
• Experience selling to or supporting Home Depot or a similarly sized retailer.
• College degree; building‑products category experience highly preferred.
• Proven track record of growing sales within large retail accounts.
