Nail Technician

About the role

The Summit Club, part of Discovery Land Company, is seeking a Nail Technician to join its Wellness Department. You will provide high‑quality nail services to members, ensuring a personalized and luxurious experience that aligns with the club’s Forbes 5‑Star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures, and specialty nail art, while adhering to DLC and salon policies.
• Consult with members to assess their needs, recommend appropriate services, and explain treatment options.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized work environment in compliance with state regulations and DLC SOPs.
• Track inventory, manage product stock, and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Promote wellness programs, retail products, and ongoing promotions to members.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and communicate any issues to the Salon or Spa Manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state‑issued Cosmetology or Nail Technician license in good standing.
• 1‑3 years of experience as a Nail Technician, preferably in a Forbes 4‑ or 5‑star facility.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
