Multi‑Site Program Staff (After‑School) – Anchorage Area

About the role

Camp Fire Alaska is seeking enthusiastic Multi‑Site Program Staff to support its after‑school School Age Program in the Anchorage area. You will work with groups of youth across several community sites, helping them explore arts, sports, games and structured play while fostering social and emotional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead youth activities at designated sites from 2 pm to 6 pm, Monday‑Friday.
• Travel between multiple locations within the Eagle River, South, Downtown, East and West geographic zones.
• Assist with set‑up, clean‑up and safety checks for each program session.
• Participate in daily meetings, trainings and staff briefings (1‑2 hours).
• Maintain accurate attendance records and report any incidents.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to reach various sites and the Camp Fire office.
• Availability to work 2 pm‑6 pm, Monday‑Friday.
• Minimum one year of experience working with children in a group setting.
• Preferred background in youth development, education or recreation.
