About the role

Greystar is seeking a Multi‑Site Maintenance Technician to ensure that its residential properties meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and appearance. The role involves hands‑on technical work across multiple locations, supporting resident requests, preventative maintenance, and turnover preparations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all service activities accurately and promptly for tracking and compliance.
• Maintain common areas and amenities by performing cleaning, pressure‑washing, trash removal, and minor painting tasks.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever feasible.

Required profile

• Previous experience in building or property maintenance is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and risk‑management policies.
