Multi‑Site Leasing Professional (Seattle/Eastside)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Multi‑Site Leasing Professional to support its Belkorp portfolio across several communities on the Seattle/Eastside area. The role offers a flexible schedule with a guaranteed Sunday off and the option to choose a second day off (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) based on operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, virtual and in‑person apartment tours, and follow‑up communications.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Plan and execute community events and market research on comparable properties.
• Provide a seamless move‑in experience and address resident concerns throughout the lease term.
• Assist with lease renewals and maintain accurate leasing documentation.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience is preferred, but a positive, can‑do attitude is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain apartment features and complete legal documents.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (preferred but not required).
