Multiple Construction Roles – NYC General Contractor

About the role

We are a leading NYC‑based general contractor specializing in ground‑up residential high‑rise and mid‑rise projects. As our pipeline expands, we are hiring experienced professionals for several senior construction positions across the five boroughs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle project execution from pre‑construction through close‑out, managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Supervise day‑to‑day field operations on active developments, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Oversee procurement of major trade packages such as structural steel, curtain wall, MEP systems, and elevators.
• Develop and manage company‑wide safety training programs, compliance processes, and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in NYC ground‑up residential or commercial construction.
• Familiarity with NYC Department of Buildings processes, permitting, and code requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on field‑office partnership.

Required skills
