Multi-Unit Executive General Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Multi‑Unit Executive General Manager to oversee two high‑volume Chick‑fil‑A locations in Southwest Texas. Reporting directly to the Owner/Operator, you will be responsible for full P&L management and driving operational excellence across both restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full P&L accountability for two locations, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Lead and develop restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold Chick‑fil‑A standards.
• Partner with the Owner/Operator to set and achieve growth targets, including sales and market share expansion.
• Implement operational best practices, drive efficiency, and monitor performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Prior management experience within Chick‑fil‑A (mandatory).
• Proven track record in high‑volume restaurant operations and team leadership.
• Willingness to relocate to the Southwest Texas region.
• Operator experience is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
