Multi-Site Planner – Ground Support Equipment

About the role

BETA Technologies is seeking a Multi-Site Planner for Ground Support Equipment to help drive its aggressive manufacturing goals for electric aircraft. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure material flows, inventory balance, and on‑time delivery across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze part‑level demand plans and establish material flows for internal and external part and assembly requirements across geographic locations.
• Rebalance inventory to support production and distribution networks, review sales orders, and coordinate materials to deliver on time and in full.
• Escalate material shortages or constraints to leadership and collaborate with purchasing, planning, and logistics to resolve critical part shortages.
• Help quantify labor, process needs, and materials required to meet production rate increases and growing field operations support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or supply chain, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a complex operations environment, preferably in aerospace or rapid‑growth manufacturing.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and performing under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Business Intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, Plex, or Oracle.
