Multi-Site Maintenance Technician ($1,000 sign-on Bonus)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a proactive Multi‑Site Maintenance Technician to join its property management team at Brickgate at Fireclay. The role focuses on ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for safety, appearance and functionality. A $1,000 sign‑on bonus is offered to the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, repairs and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all service activities accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when feasible and minimizing waste of materials.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property or building maintenance is highly preferred.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform a variety of repairs safely.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking work orders, inventory and documentation.
• Willingness to work on‑site across multiple locations within the property.
