Multi-site Lifestyle Coordinator for Active Adult Communities

About the role

The Multi‑site Lifestyle Coordinator enhances resident experience across two or more Active Adult communities by planning and delivering engaging social, educational, wellness and recreational programs. This role also supports sales and marketing initiatives, assisting with prospect engagement, resident onboarding and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, assist with tours, and ensure a welcoming office environment.
• Answer and route phone calls, follow up on service requests, and manage guest suite scheduling.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain amenities in tour‑ready condition and ready for resident use.
• Develop, execute and assess innovative events, services and programs using amenity spaces.
• Support community sales and marketing by engaging prospects, facilitating resident onboarding and coordinating move‑in activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops and delivery options for resident reference.
