MTS Lead, Product Security

About the role

The MTS Lead for Product Security will design, build, and operate Reflection’s security program across data centers, cloud, and neocloud environments. Reporting to the CISO, this senior partner will translate long‑term strategy into an operating model that supports rapid AI‑focused growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s security strategy for data centers, colocation facilities, and global infrastructure.
• Own security standards, configuration, and governance for neocloud workloads and third‑party cloud providers.
• Lead security due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, and drive post‑acquisition integration.
• Develop and run vendor risk assessment and third‑party security programs, including contract negotiations.
• Partner with the CISO to represent security leadership with customers, auditors, regulators, and investors.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure security, or related fields.
• Proven track record building security programs from scratch in startups, AI companies, or hypergrowth tech organizations.
• Experience securing AI/GPU compute environments and working with neocloud or hyperscaler providers.
• Demonstrated ability to scale teams from 0→1 and 1→N and to manage complex vendor relationships.
