Move‑In Coordinator for Sylvan Woods Community

About the role

The Move‑In Coordinator supports the sales and leasing team at Sylvan Woods Westchester by ensuring a smooth and efficient move‑in experience for new residents. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, this role helps drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with property tours and ensure the model units and leasing office are presentation‑ready.
• Answer prospect phone and internet inquiries as needed.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date prospect database using Greystar’s Lead2Lease CRM.
• Conduct timely follow‑up with prospects and depositors through calls, visits, and coordinated deliveries.
• Organize and replenish sales collateral, marketing packets, and floor‑plan materials.
• Support daily sales huddles, discovery calls, and creative follow‑up activities in line with Greystar’s L.O.V.E. sales program.
• Help ensure compliance with Greystar sales and marketing standards and benchmarks.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, leasing, and operations teams.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing follow‑up activities.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system, specifically Greystar Lead2Lease.
• Proficiency in organizing marketing and sales materials.
