About the role

The Business Manager partners closely with the Head of School to lead all non‑instructional operations, ensuring an enriching experience for children, parents, and staff. This full‑time, onsite position is essential to the school’s mission and daily success.

Key responsibilities

Oversee staff services, scheduling, purchasing, regulatory compliance, admissions, and accounting support.
Drive high staff satisfaction with facilities and operations while maintaining budget discipline.
Create capacity for the Head of School to focus on overall leadership.

Required profile

Warm, friendly demeanor with exceptional customer‑service skills.
Positive, problem‑solving attitude, high energy, and collaborative mindset.
Strong organizational ability, multitasking, and sound judgment.

Required skills

Excellent computer proficiency and quick learning of new software.
Ability to train and mentor campus staff on operational procedures.
