Molding Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

About the role

Our Molding Department is seeking an entry‑level Molding Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., Monday‑Friday). The role provides hands‑on training in all aspects of the injection molding process and offers a clear path toward a Molding Technician Trainee position.

Key responsibilities

• Set up molding machines and confirm proper material use according to BOMs.
• Dry and load material, perform inspections, and ensure product quality.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean.
• Count production, manage stock, and re‑grind material as needed.
• Collect SPC data and run insert‑molded jobs.
• Handle raw material to prevent contamination and maintain organized storage.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience as a molding machine operator.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and work at shoulder height with assistance.
• Reliable attendance and availability for non‑standard or extended schedules.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
