About the role
KONE is seeking a Modernization Project Manager to lead commercial elevator construction and modernization projects in the Miramar, FL area. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure safety compliance, and drive project success from planning through completion.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update agreed‑upon project schedules and resource status, including material and labor.
- Manage procurement activities such as subcontracts and vendor coordination.
- Ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle using metrics and addressing punch‑list items.
Required profile
- 2+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in elevator modernization.
- Strong safety focus with ability to audit compliance on worksites.
- Financial acumen for budgeting, cash‑flow management and forecasting.
