Mobile Platform Builder

About the role

Ring is looking for a Mobile Platform Builder to design and maintain the core iOS and Android components that power millions of daily users. You will create SDKs, shared libraries, and tooling that enable feature teams to ship high‑quality experiences quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native iOS and Android platform components, including SDKs and architectural primitives.
• Write clean, well‑tested, high‑performance code with a focus on reliability and maintainability.
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools for code generation, testing, review, debugging, and documentation.
• Contribute to Ring’s mobile architecture roadmap, identifying friction points and proposing improvements.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and automated testing infrastructure for the mobile platform.
• Partner with feature teams to ensure platform components are easy to adopt, well‑documented, and meet real‑world needs.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and UX teams to deliver cohesive end‑to‑end experiences.

Required profile

• Strong passion for mobile development and deep technical expertise.
• Experience building reusable components and tooling for large‑scale mobile apps.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
