Mobile Equipment Operator

About the role

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator for its Streetman, Texas plant. The role involves operating a variety of mining and loading equipment in a production environment, ensuring safe and efficient material handling across all weather conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
• Operate mining equipment to load product and overburden in an open‑pit setting.
• Monitor production data, record operational metrics, and collect material samples for quality checks.
• Transfer materials between work areas and support other departments as needed.
• Participate in scheduled safety and departmental meetings and adhere to MSHA guidelines.

Required profile

• Prior experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment is preferred.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing practices and ability to troubleshoot simple issues.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 75 lb.
• Pass drug, physical, background checks and obtain MSHA certification (training provided).
