Mobile Application Developer (Flutter) – Hybrid in Ashburn, VA

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Application Developer with 3‑7 years of experience to build secure, enterprise‑grade mobile solutions that support federal modernization initiatives. The role focuses on Flutter development and close integration with scalable backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Flutter‑based mobile applications.
• Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and Java/Spring Boot backend services.
• Leverage AWS Cloud services, including GovCloud, to ensure scalability and security.
• Work within a microservices architecture and manage data using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Maintain code quality with Git version control, perform debugging, and troubleshoot issues.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to work on federal projects.
• Active CBP, DHS, or Top Secret clearance is a priority.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in Flutter.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with AWS (including GovCloud).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Git‑based version control and strong debugging abilities.
