Mid‑Senior Project Architect & Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑Senior Project Architect / Project Manager to join a leading firm. The position blends hands‑on technical production with project coordination and team leadership, offering exposure from early design through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of multiple projects across all phases.
• Produce and oversee architectural drawings and technical documentation.
• Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and consultant management.
• Participate in permitting and regulatory review processes.
• Contribute to construction administration, including site visits and field coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain design intent and technical quality.
• Mentor junior staff while remaining actively involved in production work.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• 8‑12 years of professional experience.
• Strong technical background with project‑management exposure.
• Experience on NYC‑based projects and familiarity with local codes and permitting.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in long‑term growth within a collaborative studio setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience a plus).
• Construction documentation and construction administration.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
