Mid–Senior Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced web developer to design, build and maintain the web applications that power our franchise network. You will own features from specification through deployment, work closely with the Senior Web Developer and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain PHP/MySQL web applications and supporting services.
• Extend and document the custom API that connects proprietary desktop applications with web services.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with the development team on site improvements and new initiatives.
• Make technical trade‑offs and communicate decisions to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong command of the LAMP/LEMP stack.
• Solid front‑end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience designing, building and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and modern source‑control workflows.
• Proven ability to own features from spec to production.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
