Mid-Market Account Executive (Boston)

About the role

ClickUp is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business and expansion within the 300‑1,000 employee segment. The role blends prospecting, consultative selling of our AI‑powered productivity platform, and ongoing account management.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage new business leads for Mid‑Market accounts.
• Consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting trials, MQLs, and demo requests into paying customers.
• Master the ClickUp product to answer customer service and product questions.
• Deliver customer presentations and demos via web‑conference tools.
• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Identify customer segments and new opportunities to enhance pipeline quality.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of full‑cycle SaaS sales experience, including net‑new acquisition and account expansion.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Process‑driven with strong attention to detail.
• Experience leading Requests for Information (RFI) or Requests for Quote (RFQ) processes.
