Mid-Level System and Network Administrator

About the role

Boeing is looking for a Mid‑Level System and Network Administrator to join its Space Systems Verification and Test team in El Segundo, CA. The role supports 24/7 test operations, ensuring that special test equipment is hardened, deployed, automated, and ready for factory and launch environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide factory‑floor support for multiple programs, defining and documenting test setups.
• Deploy test software and configurations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate program requests.
• Develop, implement, and sustain tools that meet product security requirements.
• Use agile methodologies to plan, execute, and track security statements of work.
• Design and enhance system architectures to satisfy certification and customer security requirements.
• Configure and secure facilities, equipment, data, networks, and resources throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in private, corporate, charter, or military operations.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience certifying Automated Test Controller (ATC) servers/clients and PTEX/MTEX test servers.
• Strong communication, decision‑making, analytical, and influencing skills.
• Willingness to work 4th‑shift schedules, including nights and weekends.
